How can I use my eGIFT?
eGift Cards can be used for stay expenses and any other available service, provided that the eGIFT WELLNESS CREDIT voucher was chosen. Conditions may apply depending on the period and/or available services. Contact us for more information.
Who can use the eGIFT?
Only the named recipient is authorised to use the eGift Card. To use the voucher at the hotel or the Wellness Centre, a valid photo ID must be presented. All eGIFTs are non-transferable to third parties. For more information, contact us.
Do eGift Cards have an expiry date?
Yes, detailed validity information is specified on each eGift Card. We are sorry to inform you that we cannot under any circumstances extend the validity of the voucher.
How is the eGift Card delivered?
The eGift Card will be delivered to the recipient's email address indicated in the order upon completion of payment. Vouchers can also be collected directly at the hotel Reception or the Wellness Centre.
How can the eGift Card be redeemed?
By presenting a printout of the email or the voucher, together with an ID document, at the reception of the Hotel or the Wellness Centre.
The eGIFT SPA & TREATMENTS cannot be converted into eGIFT WELLNESS CREDIT and vice versa.
When choosing eGIFT SPA & TREATMENTS services, only the chosen services will be provided and the voucher holder cannot change services/value/conditions.
Must the eGift card amount be used in a single transaction?
No, if the cost of the services is lower than the eGift value, the remaining balance can be used later.
What if I do not receive or I lose my eGift?
