The first thing
I do on a slow morning.
The shutters open onto the Apennines, the light cuts through the pines, and the first coffee is already ready. During breakfast hours the Colleverde bar room turns into a small ritual: you come down without hurry, choose the table by the window, look outside.
On the table: homemade pastries, Montefeltro jams, honey from local producers, seasonal fruit, warm bread, and a selection of teas and herbal teas.
