A family that takes great care of its guests

The Cangiotti family.
From Urbino for ten generations.

Youth often signifies a joy in doing things and connecting with others, and an openness to new experiences. With this in mind, we look forward to welcoming our guests, who will find in Colleverde not only a pleasant landscape and immediate refreshment, but also the ideal setting for physical and mental wellbeing – allowing their faces to glow, their bodies to be in harmony, and their souls to be at peace.

‘I am grateful to my parents for making a dream come true that I can share with others.’
Carlo Cangiotti

The Cangiotti family, who have lived in Urbino for at least ten generations, will welcome you with discretion and warmth. The property is an early 20th-century country house, restored and brought back to its full potential through careful renovation work that respects the historical and architectural traditions of the Montefeltro region. It stands on the edge of the extensive protected woodland area that separates Urbino from Urbania, formerly known as Casteldurante.

A concrete commitment
to the territory

We believe a boutique hotel can be both beautiful and sustainable. Since 2020 we have undertaken an ecological-conversion path that still continues today.

Single-use plastic eliminated

Glass bottles, refillable dispensers, no plastic straws or saucers in our common areas and rooms.

Sustainable forest management

Our 10 hectares of forest are managed with naturalistic forestry criteria. No pesticides, no herbicides.

100% LED lighting

The whole property uses low-consumption LED lighting. Presence sensors in common areas.

Water saving

Flow reducers, dual flush, water harvesting for the garden. Towels changed on request.

Km-0 suppliers

Bread, honey, oil, cheese, fruit: all from Montefeltro producers within 20 km. Verified short supply chain.

Certified linen

GOTS organic cotton. Ecolabel detergents. Low-temp washing.

"A place that is preserved over time is a place that respects those who inhabit it and those who will come after."
