What are the check-in and check-out times?
We guarantee room handover from 12:30 PM to 7:00 PM. You can arrive earlier in the morning subject to availability, use the common areas and our Wellness Centre (by reservation): we will hand over the room as soon as possible. Check-out by 10:30 AM.
How far are you from the historic centre of Urbino?
Colleverde is 3.4 km from the Historic Centre of Urbino. By car, the main Urbino parking area can be reached in 5 minutes.
Is parking free?
Yes. Unlike most hotels in Urbino, Colleverde offers convenient parking for all hotel guests, for the entire duration of the stay.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Our love for animals has led us to arrange ground-floor accommodation for guests travelling with small dogs and cats; for medium and large dogs, outdoor boxes with kennels and water bowls are available. Not all rooms are pet-friendly: a liability form is requested upon booking confirmation. A supplement applies based on the room type, starting from €20.00/night.
Do you have a restaurant?
Colleverde does not have a restaurant. We will be happy to recommend excellent restaurants both inside the Historic Centre of Urbino and outside.
Do the rooms have a shower or a bathtub?
All our Rooms and Suites have a shower box, except for the Natural Deluxe Suite (Forest View Suite) which features a panoramic whirlpool bathtub.
Is a baby cot available?
Colleverde offers the free use of a baby cot for our youngest guests, subject to availability.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes: our hotel has a Whirlpool Pool inside the Wellness Centre. Reservation is required.
Can you organise private ceremonies or events?
For special requests, groups, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, a tailored quote will be prepared based on individual needs.
Do you provide information about the area?

Is there a hospital or medical service nearby?
The nearest hospital is about 10 minutes by car. On-call medical service is available on request.
